When a family taps anything below 3 stars on our private rating screen, they're routed to a feedback form — not to Google. The feedback lands in your pulsereview inbox so you can reach out, fix the issue, and (often) win back a happy customer.
Absolutely. You can review every template before it's live, send yourself a test, set a daily approval queue, or flip on full automation once you're happy. You keep the keys at every stage.
All three are supported. We pull from the same Jackrabbit API, so as long as you're on a Jackrabbit plan that exposes API access (most paid plans), you're good. If you're on a custom setup, drop us a line and we'll confirm before you sign up.
